  3. SPLINES.DLL is a Windows DLL containing functions to create spline
  4. curves.  Curves can be defined in 2 or 3 dimensions.  An interface
  5. to demonstrate the spline functions, written in Visual Basic, is
  6. also included.  To view the demo, run SPLINAPP.EXE in Windows.  The
  7. VB source code for the demo is also included.

  9. SPLINES.DLL is distributed as shareware.  See the file REGISTER.TXT
  10. for information of registering.

  12. The Visual Basic runtime library, VBRUN300.DLL, is required to run the
  13. SPLINAPP.EXE demo.  This file is not distributed along with the
  14. spline library, but is widely available through bulletin boards and
  15. the various on-line services.
